Shipping policy

Shipping PolicyOrders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or notification containing your tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of MMTY’s control.

MMTY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. MMTY is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. MMTY may assist with the issue when possible.
